Group, headed by Dr. Wefaq Al-Hassan.and Dr. Ahmed Al-Harbi. Director of Culture in Saudi Arabia. In cooperation with the Capital Gate newspaper, headed by Dr. Tariq El-Sayed El-Desouki. And the President of the University of Arab Culture and Arts, Dr. Akram Youssef Abu Al-Wafa Ahmed. Twelve Arab and European countries also participated in the International Exhibition of Fine Art.
